With over six years of experience in real estate, Thomas Patinella brings a well-rounded blend of professionalism, creativity, and hands-on knowledge to American Heritage Homes. Starting his career with the company right after earning his license, Thomas quickly proved his dedication and drive—earning his Associate Broker status after just three years.

Thomas played a key role in one of the company’s major developments, The Haven, a 62-home subdivision where he helped design floor plans, develop market strategies, sell both custom and spec homes, and streamline construction timelines through custom tracking tools. In addition to holding a General Contractor’s license, Thomas continues to guide clients through the homebuilding process with a focus on creating personalized, lasting spaces where families can grow and make memories.

Outside of his work with American Heritage Homes, Thomas owns and manages two short-term rental properties and runs a woodworking business, crafting custom furniture with the same attention to detail he brings to every home build. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Fort Lewis College.

When he's not working, you'll find Thomas dirt biking, woodworking, traveling, or enjoying time at the lake with his dog, Bodie.
