About Us

Seth and Shem Foster have a very unique relationship. They are of course brothers and also business partners. They have worked side by side for over 16 years in the professional sense. Beginning with their adventurous childhood having a wide range of diversity in both the environment they grew up in to their current place of life. They have successfully navigated many years working together. As young men they formed a strong connection and passion for the things they would often do. From exploring remote trails, camping, trying to catch a fish in any body of water they could find (including mud holes and cow ponds), to throwing a baseball together and so on. They learned how to work hard and became very productive in anything they tackled. Some would say they were underprivileged due to the poor circumstances they grew up in...relating to material things. However, they wouldn't have had any other way. They were taught high values of integrity, work ethic, and being industrious. They don't take life's opportunities and blessings for granted and greatly honor their parents for all of the guidance they were given as they were being raised.

As they became adults and ventured into they're prospective fields of work, they both gravitated to the construction industry. The elements of creating something from parts and pieces gave them great satisfaction. They took pride in organizing, assembling, and completing projects. Seth gained an extensive understanding of the structural side of homes and buildings with his work in framing. He worked in this field for several years living in Colorado and Utah, and for a short time framing in Japan as well! Shem found a love for masonry and tile work. He began this career field in Utah, later moving to Nevada, and eventually returning to Utah. Over many years of experience in these trades he became a very competent craftsman.

Both Seth and Shem have a love and appreciation for the many things they have experienced and worked for in their lives. They're growing families have driven their desires to provide and take care of them. They're passion for the work they do has grown into a very successful home and pool building company which they formed together in 2009. In addition, they have ventured into land development and commercial projects. With their "boots on the ground" experience they have been able to relate well to the many subcontractors and vendors it takes to build homes. They would consider one of the most important things they do is in striving to build these relationships and show they're respect for all of the tradesmen they employ. They continue to find great joy in this profession and are always reaching and finding better ways to do what they do.
