Shem and Seth Foster (yes, they are brothers) have an extensive construction background that began as young men in the Southeastern region of Utah. Both Foster boys quickly advanced from working with their father in the family wood chopping business, to working with several local contractors. As they grew older, they parted ways and moved to different states, where both advanced up the construction “ladder.” Shem worked for several years as a master tile setter, easily becoming an onsite project manager for a custom home builder in Las Vegas, Nevada – managing the construction of over 400 custom homes. Seth also became a project manager with a home-building company in Northern Utah and he began a very successful framing company (Rocktite Construction Company) – where he employed over 100 framers and framed over 2000 homes.
