I know this is not primarily a fitness blog but fitness is a huge part of my lifestyle. I found Karena and Katrina’s website http://toneitup.com/ Christmas 2012 on Facebook. I started with their nutrition plan http://toneitup.com/nutrition-programs/ after new years and their 100 miles by Valentines day challenge, it was awesome. It completely helped me lose that last 5 pounds of pregnancy weight after having my daughter Presley in June 2012 and I even lost a couple extra pounds. After doing two 100 mile challenges in 2013 and running two half marathons I have been completely sick of running/working out. I was dreading getting on the treadmill this morning until I found this!
