You may be asking yourself, “WHY would I want to live in Southern Utah?” After living here ourselves, we think a better question would be “why WOULDN’T you want to live in Southern Utah?” and here’s why. St. George
The City of St. George has been growing tremendously since 2000. With its warm weather, quick access to lakes, hiking, and skiing (just to name a few), many people are moving to the St. George area to realize the optimal lifestyle. The mild temperature lets us take advantage of the many activities this beautiful area has to offer. Not only do we have great restaurants, shops, and parks, this City has a packed schedule of fun events such as the Ironman, the St. George Marathon, The Jubilee of Trees, The Parade of Homes, and the Senior Games just to name a few. We love living in this clean, beautiful, friendly City! In addition, if you ever want to get out of town, the bright lights of the Las Vegas Strip are only a two hour drive away!
Sand Hollow Lake
The Sand Hollow Resort & Golf Course is location 2.0 miles from our building location at Dixie Springs! Sand Hollow Resort has many attractions such as nightly vacation rentals, a clubhouse with gourmet dining facilities, and of course golfing. The new modern facility features over 7,000 sq. ft. of space and the views are amazing!
The Southern Utah Sand Dunes offer any motor sport enthusiast a place to take their quad, dirt bike, or Razor. A great place for a day of family fun, the Sand Hollow Sand Dunes are located only a couple of miles from our location in Dixie Springs and are guaranteed to provide miles of red sand sanctuary.
Located just 31 miles from Dixie Springs and 43 miles from St. George, Zion’s National Park is a great place to take your family hiking, on a scenic walk, out for lunch to escape the summer time heat or even for a fresh apple cider in the fall. Zion’s is not only a great place to get some fresh air and exercise but also a great destination for a romantic weekend getaway.
Tucked inside the red rocks at Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn’s outdoor amphitheater is the perfect place to experience a live musical, play, or concert. The sunset shows are a magical experience, and the Saturday Market in the canyon features local artwork, crafts, food and entertainment. Tuacahn is a Southern Utah tradition for the whole family!
Located about an hour outside of St. George, Brian Head has over 50 ski runs. In addition, it offers night skiing, boarding and tubing, terrain parks, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking.. Its endless spa-like lodging and restaurant options make for the perfect day or weekend getaway. Brian Head serves as a premier destination for year-round adventure and relaxation.
