Sharlan Simkins was born in Delta Utah and most people just call her Shar.  She had a wonderful childhood and loved growing up in a small town where she could be involved in almost anything she wanted to.  She has amazing parents and has 1 brother and 2 sisters.  After Shar graduated from high school she attended Evans Beauty College in Cedar City Utah and became a licensed barber/cosmetologist and still maintains her license.

Shar has lived in Saint George Utah since 2003. She and her husband Randy were married in 1994 and have two beautiful children.  They have lived in Bloomington since 2007 and love the area!  Randy is the head softball coach at Utah Tech University and has been in that position since 2009.  Shar and Randy enjoy family, friends, sports, culture, beautiful scenery and outdoor activities.

Shar is a Realtor and a Transaction Coordinator and has been in the industry for over 20 years.  Shar is known for her great customer service, strong communication, integrity and excellent work ethic.  She will ensure you have a positive experience whether you are a buyer, seller, or any other professional working with her!
