Seth Foster is married to his best friend of 18 years and they have three terrific kiddos who are brilliant and offer much needed “comic relief” too boot!  Seth has been a Washington County resident since 2006 and he enjoys running, canyoneering, hiking, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, & skiing. 

Seth is a construction native as he has been building most of his life.  He has a deep desire to help his clients build their quality dream home.  Seth began his own framing company in 1997, where he employed over a 100 framers and built over 2000 homes in Northern Utah.  In 2009, Seth teamed up with his brother, Shem Foster, and American Heritage Homes was born. They have created a “Client for Life” philosophy and build homes throughout the entire Washington County area. In 2013, Seth participated in the Parade of Homes and was thoroughly impressed with the caliber of the event.  He committed himself to doing his part to ensure the Parade of Homes experience maintains the level of integrity it is known for.  Seth serves on the SUHBA Membership Committee and enjoys sharing the SUHBA benefits with other individuals.

Seth’s philosophy of life is to “lead by example.”  He is not afraid to “get down in the trenches” to solve a situation.  Seth is known for looking at situations from both sides – ensuring that everyone has a positive experience.  Seth has a passion for the people of this community and if elected, he would be sincerely honored to serve on the SUHBA Board of Directors.
