With over 23 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, Nicole Dalton brings a refined, full-spectrum understanding of real estate and construction. Her career has been rooted in transforming distressed properties—managing every phase from acquisition through design, renovation, and final sale—developing a sharp eye for quality and a talent for uncovering potential.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Utah State University where she spent the early years of her career before transitioning into real estate after a cross-country move. It was there she discovered her passion—blending her love for design, problem-solving, and creativity into the work she does today. She has since expanded her expertise into new construction, pairing her renovation background with a thoughtful, elevated approach to building.

Deeply relationship-driven, Nicole is passionate about helping clients materialize their vision, delivering a highly personalized experience and homes that reflect both lifestyle and intention. Raised on a cattle ranch, her strong work ethic and appreciation for craftsmanship remain central to her work. She brings a broad perspective and a deep understanding of what “home” truly means.

An artist at heart, Nicole also creates commissioned mural work for private clients, adding a distinctive creative element to the spaces she helps bring to life. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, time at the beach, and riding horses whenever she can.
