American Heritage Homes built us a new home in Dixie Springs. It was built on time and service was extremely good. I would highly recommend. Note, everyone was great to work with; and special note, Todd is a great asset as corrections needed to be done as they always have to. I just called and it was taken care of.

When my wife and I qualified a builder for our most recent home, our primary considerations were quality of build and integrity. Seth & Shem came very highly recommended in both regards. No construction project will be perfect. A contractors' ability to foresee potential problems and eliminate them, along with how they respond when a problem arises - is what sets them apart. Shem and Seth are very detail oriented, and at the same time maintain schedules. When problems came up they presented us with the options, their recommendations and let us choose how to move forward. Very professional but with a personal touch. I have no problem recommending AHH!

Excellent builder with quality customer service and beautiful homes! Although building a home is always stressful, and even more so when you do it from a distance as we did, the American Heritage Homes staff went above and beyond to make our home building experience memorable and as easy on us as possible (not to mention exciting)! They built us an amazing, beautiful, high quality home with everything we asked for and then some! We have been in our dream home for nearly a year now, and they have continued to provide quality customer service. When a few of our windows got drafty and granite caulking split due to the natural settling of the house, AHH was out with their contractors within a week to make everything perfect again! They have also been extremely helpful answering our questions via phone or email from the beginning (Brandi and Curtis especially). They also have a very honest and down-to-earth approach to everything, which helped to put us at ease and keep us well-informed every step of the way. We absolutely love our American Heritage Home and all of their staff!

American Heritage built our home in Dixie Springs in 2013. I have built 6 homes in my life (3 custom and 3 cookie cutter) and this was by far the most personal and pleasant experience. Cost was fair, after the sale service and quality was excellent. Seth and Shem exceeded my expectations with the sale and build cycles, Yvonne was helpful with interior selections and Josh was excellent in follow up service - always taking care of items without question. What a pleasure that has been. As with all builders using subcontractors, their challenge is to make sure they receive quality workmanship in a timely manner from those subs and they have done a good job with this. Never before have I walked into a finished home and been surprised with extra features that I did not expect; and they provide value in their homes with excellent standards, which allowed us to focus on upgrades that added value instead of being nickel and dimed to death with upgrades like many other builders with low grade standards. These are genuinely good honest people that like and care about people and building homes. I would recommend them without hesitation.

American Heritage Homes is a very professional home builder, they are honest and they build a beautiful home. They don't cut corners. They include their customers in every regard.

We are very happy with the home that American Heritage Homes built for us! It's very high quality work; and they involved us through the entire building process helping us know what the possibilities were, but also letting us make all the decisions. We were excited with some of their suggestions, such as making the crawl space by the upstairs bedrooms a "secret tunnel." Our kids just love it! We thought the positioning of the house and windows was well thought out. These guys are true professionals, honest and easy to work with. We really appreciated the efforts of Seth and Shem in helping us get the enhancements we wanted, but allowing us to keep the entire project as economical as possible. Thanks so much for everything.

We had a custom home built with American Heritage last year and couldn’t be happier. We had a lot of needs and they met every one! The entire process went flawlessly, all of the contractors were professional and efficient. We used the Butler floor plan and they drew up an in law suite for us. I would highly recommend checking them out if your wanting to build a home.

When shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus.

We currently live in Evans, Georgia and are preparing to retire in the upcoming summer. We have known for several years that we wanted to retire in the Southwestern region of the United States-in a place with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather for outdoor activities, low crime, and great people. The St. George, Utah area continued to be a place we visited, and last year, we decided to move forward with our retirement plans. Having no contacts west of Georgia, we were faced with the task of finding someone to help us make our dream a reality. We knew Dixie Springs was the area in which we wanted to build our home, but more importantly, we quickly realized that Seth and Shem Foster were the builders we were willing to entrust. Bob Raybould helped us secure an ideal lot, and Design Consultant, Yvonne Christensen, discussed options with us. Over the next three months, we primarily dealt with the American Heritage Homes’ team from 2100 miles away. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease of this process. Seth and Shem were always available to us. Yvonne kept in constant contact through email and phone calls. Her keen ability to understand our interests was amazing, and her ideas and suggestions were perfectly suited for our tastes. During this time, we traveled to Utah twice for our pre and final walk-throughs. Both times, Shem spent time with us walking through our house and making sure that we were satisfied. Yvonne met with us and reviewed our selections. Bob offered his time and agreed to keep an eye on our house. We truly appreciate the workmanship, professionalism, and caring attitude that the American Heritage Homes’ team showed us during the construction process and beyond. We looked throughout the St George area to build a house. We did not want an HOA and wanted a little bit of a yard. But more than anything we wanted a good builder.
